We do not accept returns, as every product is individually made with attention to detail and craftsmanship. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same product or another item of equal value.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear images of the damaged item. Our team will review your request and assist you through the process.
